Specifications
Before first use remove all packaging. Clean the non-stick plates by wiping with a warm, damp cloth or sponge, Do not immerse the unit or run water directly on to the cooking surfaces/ or non-stick plates. Dry with a cloth or paper towel. For best results, lightly coat the cooking plates with a little cooking oil or cooking spray.Using the Health Griller connect the appliance to the power socket at the wall. The red and the green indicator lights will illuminate as the appliance heats up. The appliance should be fully heated before toasting and grilling. The green indicator light will go out when the appliance has reached the grilling temperature after about 3 minutes. Open the health griller and place the food on the bottom non-stick grilling plate. Close the health griller. The green ready indicator light will illuminate. Grill for 3 8 minutes ,depending on the food you are cooking ,until the green indicator light goes out or the food is cooked to your preference .Adjust the temperatures using the temperature control knob. When your food is cooked ,use the handle to open the health griller. Remove the food using a wooden or silicone spatula. Never use sharp or metal implements to remove the food ,as this may damage the non-stick coating. Disconnect the plug from the wall socket and leave the unit open to cool. How to use as an open grill place the Health Griller on a flat surface. Open to 90 degree and lift the handle upwards, push the handle backwards until the top grill surface has moved through 180 degrees, creating a double-sided flat surface grill. Simply pull the handle towards you to move the top grill plate back into its original position.
